Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a valued client, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation regarding our policy, which allows us to provide the highest quality service to all. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to another client seeking our services. Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file. No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file. We genuinely appreciate your consideration and commitment to honoring your appointments. This policy helps us ensure that our time is respected and that we can continue to provide exceptional care to everyone in our community. Refunds: All services and deposits are non-refundable.
