Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a valued client, we kindly request your understanding and cooperation regarding our policy, which allows us to provide the highest quality service to all.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to another client seeking our services.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.
No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.
